What to put in diaper caddy

besides diapers, wipes, nasal aspirator and diaper rash cream. Anything else that would come in handy?

    I also sometimes lept nail slippers, mylicon drops, and infant tylenol/motrin.

    Oh and I always forget to give this advice, but I always found that keeping the nail clippers in my breastfriend(pocket) to be quite helpful.  I would try to cut the baby's nails while he nursed or if he fell asleep.  Saved time.
