My dr. has recommended Intralipid therapy due to elevated Natural Killer cells. I am going in today for the transfusion. Just curious if anyone else has done it, and what I should expect. It sounds pretty easy.....just sit in a chair w/ an IV in my arm for 2 hours or so. I haven't heard about any side effects, so hopefully there won't be any. My clinic recommends it 7-10 days before ET and then again if you get a positive beta.
