Anyone NOT have a history of depression or anxiety?

I'm just wondering how many have never had depression or anxiety before PPD. I have never had depression before so it took a while for me to know/believe that is what I have.

I do not have any history of it and I was very much surprised when I finally realized that I did have it, it came on very quickly.

I have never had any history of it either. It is not fun, I feel for those who suffer from this stuff on a regular basis.

I did not. I knew something was wrong PP but I was in complete denial about it.

I had no history either but I am a therapist and was able to understand that I had ppd pretty quickly.

I didn't.

But my dad & sister both have histories of both depression & anxiety.

I don't have a history of either, but this had me re-evaluate the anxiety portion. I think I have had some anxiety issues in the past that I just accepted as normal. It has been hard though. I kind of felt like I lost my mind over night.
