Child Abuse case I've been following

I've been following this case for several months now.  The mother was found guilty a couple of months ago, and the father found guilty yesterday.  I can't believe the mother got off with only 24 yrs in prison.  They both deserve life, if you ask me.

    Women are a lot more likely to receive a much lesser time punishment than men.

    Deserves life in prison, without a doubt. Hopefully he gets his in jail, child abusers don't fare well from what I understand. Everyday in there should be hell for him.

    I have worked on child death cases ad I used to be able to compartmentalize, now that I have my own it hits so much closer. I am sure they will get whats coming in prison.

    No judgments!  And it is important for people to be aware of this stories.  But after the sad stories lately, I just couldn't handle it today!

    I dont think he deserves life, I think he deserves to be beaten to death by a jury of his peers.

    I made a mistake of opening a link on my facebook about a child abuse news clip.  It was so horrific that I cried and cried.  And everytime I would feed my DS, I would think about that little 6-month old baby and what the parents and uncle did to her.  It makes my stomach turn.  I'm getting teary-eyed just thinking about it.  I despise child abusers and I hope to they get what they deserve in prison.
