soiled diapers

How long is it okay for your LO to go without a soiled diaper?  My LO has been eating fine and putting out a lot of wet diapers (like usual) but no solied diapers in the past couple days.  He had a tiny BM yesterday but that's it.  He usually puts out 4-5 full soiled diapers daily.  I am breast feeding with one or two bottles of formula daily to supplement.  He doesn't seem more fussier or show any signs of being constipated.  I called the RN at the ped's office the other day and she said not to worry.  I appreciate your input.  Thanks in advance!

    My ped said at my 2 week appointment that he could go 4 days and she would not be worried, as long as he is peeing and passing gas.  She said it is considered normal.

    I actually went to my dr for the same thing this week. LO usually had betwen 3-6 poops a day then all of a suddent had gone more than 24 hours since her last BM (and the last one had a little blood in it.)  The doctor said if she hadn't pooped in the next 48 hours to come back, but LO started up again that night. Doctor said it was normal and happens.

    At 2 mos, both girls went from going 2-3 times a day to every 4 days.  Dr. says this is ok, some ebf babies go once a week!  (except now we have huge, gross poops 2x a week-ugh!)
