How soon after miscarriage did you get pregnant?

How soon after early natural miscarriage. I realize everyone is different but I'm curious.

You'd probably get more answers to this question on the Pregnant after a Loss board. Many women here aren't even ttc again yet.

PP is right, and you'll find answers that are all over the board. Someone asked recently & there were answers from 2 weeks post d&c to multiple months. I personally don't feel comfortable trying this first month as I feel my body needs a little break and some time to heal. It's a personal decision & one you should definitely consult your dr on.

I was induced miscarriage at 8 wks and got pregnant after my next af. I lost that one too. I am just starting my next af post d&c and looking forward to ttc again (Christmas? ) You can also ask this on TTCAL for feedback and SAL will have more positive feedback, as they have had successful pregnancies after a loss.

If you don't mind me asking, what are your plans? Did your doc give you any limitations, like waiting an af?

Have next appt with my dr on Saturday so will see what he thinks. Ideally we would like to try again as soon as possible.

After my first m/c I got pregnant after the first AF, but that ended in m/c (about 1.5 weeks ago). My doctor suggests we wait until after I get AF to start trying again, just to be able to date the pregnancy. I've heard that it's easier to get pregnant soon after a miscarriage because your body is still in pregnancy mode. GL to you.

I m/c on Oct 21st (pretty early 5.5 weeks), and got pg the very next cycle.

M/C-May 31, 2005 (Cytotec induced), cycle returned July 9, conceived July 23.

M/C-April 18, 2009 (natural), I can't remember specifics of my cycle, but I got pregnant again in mid-July.

M/C-End of July 2009 (natural), Cycle returned at the beginning of September, found out I was pregnant again end of September/early October.

I was told to wait 3-6 cycles before trying again, so I have a wait now, but we're also waiting for our test results to come back.

Mine was the end of January. We didn't try for a few months, it was just too much, as we had tried for 2 years. I got pregnant about 6 months later. Good luck to you.

After my 1st m/c (was a d&c) we waited until AF returned, then got pg the first cycle trying. Good luck to you.

well since I have been pregnant 4 times with 1 child I could answer this for you. We got pregnant the 2nd month of trying after the 1st loss, 2nd month after the 2nd and then took 6 months for our last mc. (that was because I was taking my progesterone too early at 3 dpo and hindering myself from ovulating....the 1st time I took it 5 dpo I got pregnant! We are ttc again in Jan after the holidays and after we have our redo trip to Disney...see siggy!

I miscarried last month and just got a positive today I was very early in the pregnancy last time and didnt need a D&c or anything

I m/c sept 09 and then got bfp Nov 6th and m/c this one last week on thanksgiving @ 7weeks. I have been tested for several disorders and found out I have 2 mutation for MTHFR and waiting on the other test results..
