Link to read reviews on childcare in my area?

I could be wrong, but I thought I recalled seeing someone post a link where you could look up a listing of childcare facilities in your area and read reviews, disciplenary actions, etc. I can't remember the authority, it may have been CPS? If anyone knows what I'm talking about, I'd appreciate a point in the right direction. Thank you!

I HIGHLY recommend www.momcheck.com. It's an awesome site that "secret shops" daycares and does an 18 page report on them. Very helpful if they have completed the ones in your area.
