Just reposting this as I found it the most helpful of all of the reading I was doing on Google. It may be a repeat but I'm trying to make sure everyone can find the article if they need it, so I'm making a separate thread here.

Hope it helps! I found it summed up exactly what I was experiencing, and I had a handful of symptoms from both lists.

    I wish I had seen this after giving birth.  It would have helped me realize I wasn't alone and others have felt the same way.

    Thank you for this. I've been wondering for some time if I had PPD. This list described how I've been feeling perfectly. I already called my doctor and she called in a prescription for me.
