Anyone have a good recipe for an easy/cheap to make dish to pass at a holiday party??? All the ones I have, have a million ingredients and steps to do. TIA

Cheeseballs are easy and cheap. I made an olive nut cheeseball for a family reunion this year. It was yummy! Just cream cheese or other creamy cheese, chopped green olives, chopped pecans, and a few other things (I can't remember, but I just did a general recipe search).
It sounds tough but it's not at all! I use basil instead of the mint because I like the flavor better. Best yet...they are vegan so you don't have to worry about most people being able to eat them! They do take some advance planning but they are so worth the effort.
Oh...and if you do make them...make a double batch. Just trust me on this.

Slow Roasted Tomato Crostini.

Corn Bake - Always a crowd pleaser
1 can corn drained
1 can creamed corn
1 stick of butter melted
1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix
8oz sour cream
Mix all together and bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour and 15 minutes! That's it, so yummy!
