BFF's belly painting! (LIP)

my BFF is scheduled to be induced/sectioned tomorrow to deliver her twin girls. She had someone do a belly painting today and it is soooo awesome.

I am about to cry because I can't be there with her.

    wow that is GORGEOUS!

    i wonder if the babies were wriggling around while she was painting hahaha..  that's a nice idea though - belly casting is a cool concept but then you wind up with 'what do i do with this' whereas the painting you can have photographed and hang pictures in the baby's room or something..  do you know how long it took to do the whole thing?

    she said it took about an hour and a half, and that the babies didn't move any more than normal really.

    i've seen people get henna tatoos on the belly before, but this is the first i've seen a full on painting like that.

    That's pretty my mom's friend's daughter who just had twin boys, painted hers for Halloween. She was a jack-o-lantern. Very cute.
