I know a lot of us have been sick lately...I just wanted to pass this on in case some of you haven't tried it. I had a cold a couple weekends ago and found my miracle cold medicine. Zicam. It works SO well and is a good choice for BF moms too!

I use to use Zicam, but it got recalled. It may have just been the nose swabs, though... Those helped a lot.
