First let me say that IVF#2 is so much easier and better than #1 because you know what to expect. I remember being terrified and nervous for the ER last time, and this time I was like "let's do this!".
So to recap, I had 15 follies...but was told on Tuesday that 4 of them jumped ahead so they triggered me and expected not many more than 4 eggs I told them this morning to lie to me and give me a great number when I was coming out of anesthesia, lol, but that I REALLY wanted to hear a number like 6...anything more than 4!
Eleven. That's right, 11 damn eggs!!! I wouldn't believe them, and thought they were lying like I jokingly told them to. Now, they did warn me that they certainly didn't expect all of them to be mature of fertilize. They are hopeful for at least 60% fertilization rate. We only had 2 fertilize last time, so any more than that and I'll be happy.
I am so happy with these results, and can't wait for the fert report tomorrow.
Thank you so much for your support ladies!!!
