What med are you taking?
My OB's office suggested I set up an appt. with my family doc which I scheduled today for Monday. But, then later my OB's office called back and my OB wanted to know if I wanted her to call in a script for Zoloft. I said no for now. Later, I remembered that I had taken Zoloft before for my Fibromyalgia and that I had had very vivid dreams-- that I woke up from and thought were real. So, no Zoloft for me.
Just curious what other antidepressants are commonly used.
TIA

Re: What med... ?
Wide range of drugs can be used depending on your situation and if you EBF or not. I was taking a few before I stopped because I was getting so drugged that I was in a haze and just as I was getting out of it it was time to take another pill. Then was Rx'ed another med and it had the same side effects and I didn't want to go through that again! So I got it filled and haven't taken one. I know I should but I don't want to live my life in a haze.
My Ob said he preferred Lexapro because it's not so much a "happy pill" like some other meds are (not sure which ones), but it does a good job of getting you back in balance, so you're more your normal self.
I have to agree.
