I don't want to send DS to daycare AT ALL!!! The plan all along was to send him to daycare at 10 - 12 weeks when I went back to work, but DH ended up not working during the day so we haven't needed it.
Now DH wants a full-time day job and I can't afford to quit. I feel queezy thinking about sending DS to daycare now that he's an actual person and now just a lump moving in my belly.
Can anyone recommend a good in-home daycare? I have the list of people in my area and I will do my research, but the list is so long! Where can I start???
I have requirements and I'll call people soon, but I thought I'd narrow it down on here if I can. We're in New Brighton and I work in Minneapolis. Thanks!!!
Re: Working moms with LO in daycare come in!
I used to nanny for a little boy who went to New Horizon Daycare on Marquette in Downtown MPLS, and it was great. It was very clean, and secure and a good staff. He was 18 months when he was going there, and he just thrived, he learned tons of new signs, and more words and would do craft projects every day. I would send my LO there if I worked regular enough jobs to make it practical. Right now I work freelance, so LO comes to work with me most days. It's not Idea, but we make it work.
