Does Santa wrap gifts at your house?

He never did for us but he did for DH. I always loved going out to the tree and seeing what Santa brought me without having to wake my parents and wait for them to get up to open gifts. Yes I was the kid who woke up at 4am on Christmas and we weren't allowed to wake my parents up until 7am lol.

  • Yes, Santa presents are wrapped. They are also in different wrapping paper than the other presents.

  • cajun said this too. i think this is so weird and unfun.!
  • yes, in our house the presents under the tree were wrapped, different paper for me and my sister. The gifts in the stocking were not wrapped.(I wrap stocking gifts for DH because he is nosey!)
  • Yes and obviously I wasn't the brightest bulb, Santa didn't even use different wrapping then what my parents got me. LOL And I was totally that kid too that woke up at 4am. I'd sit and stare at my sister who ALWAYS wanted to sleep longer until she woke up. To this day I call her at like 5:30am on Christmas day just to bug her.
  • Santa always wrapped our gifts.

  • Ours were wrapped and did not have our names on them. (usually just a symbol so my brother couldn't go under the tree and pile all of his gifts together). We were allowed to empty our stockings before our parents got up, but that was it.

  • Yes when I was a kid. We do not for our kids. Way more fun this way.
  • Yes he does.

My parents were good sports and got up at 5 or 6 am.  My older sister (who is 9 years older than me) always used to wake me up to go wake my parents up!  Then we'd go back to bed until it was time to get up and get ready for church.

  • Of course!  Their heads would spin clear off their bodies if they saw all the presents at once.

    They take turns opening.

  • All gifts were wrapped and we weren't allowed out of our rooms until 7:00. My dad wanted to have his tea in quiet.

DH's Santa gifts were unwrapped and they had to eat breakfast first....so they had to walk backwards w/o looking at the tree into the dining room and then they opened gifts.

  • Santa gifts were not wrapped.  They were laid out in a great manner and somehow we all knew what was ours (there were four of us).  We were only allowed to open stockings before my parents got up and that was usually around 6am.

  • i would be pissed if i had to eat breakfast before christmas morning gift orgy.

ours were wrapped but we were allowed in our stockings. .but they always only had candy in them.

  • Most of the Santa gifts in our house are wrapped. Some of the big things are not. I also use different paper. I use classic red for most gifts and then Santa's paper is playful and fun.
