I had been on the pill for 2 years, and this is my first month off. Normally, i have moderate cramping almost immediately when i start my period and lasting an entire day or two, almost non stop. Well now i've been having just subtle cramping only here and there over the past couple days, and nothing is happening! Is this something that happens when you concieve? Or is my body just out of whack from stopping the pill?
Re: cramping w/no period?
I'm not sure what it means but I have had cramps for 3 days without any AF showing. So, maybe its normal coming off of the pill...
I think it might just be you coming off BCP. My body took a bit to adjust to coming off the pill.. I had random cramping, and my cycles were all over the place.
It could be either. A few months ago I had cramping almost every day from ovulation to the start of AF.
edit: I just looked at my chart. So it wasn't almost every day, but it was many days.

Definitely this.
Also check out the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility. I read it after reading so much about it on this blog - it's very informative.
Happens to me. I still cramp every now and then throughout my cycle. I'm on cycle day 37...and have been experiencing light cramps for a week and a half....and I've been off BC for over a year....my body is STILL regulating!
