2 twice a day when I'm really bad...
3 at once at night and that usually helps in the morning...
2 at night daily just to prevent really getting backed up.
I also live on water and fiberone bread.
I have the 100mg ones. If I start feeling bad I'll take two at a time. The bottle says you can take up to 3 a day (either one pill 3x or 3 pills 1x) However I have noticed that if I take them a lot I get nose bleeds
I'm not sure if its the colace alone or if its the colace and zofran together.

ASK YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT MIRALAX!!!! It's what I use, and it works...really well! My doc said it just lines the intestines, and doesn't get absorbed into the bloodstream so it's totally safe! And with my insurance, it's only a $10 copay for it, but otc it's like $25...GOOD LUCK!!
