NBR: Embarrassed: work related
So...one of my volunteers who has agreed to chair this huge initiative for us was supposed to be on a conference call today with one of our National Home Office employees. So we are 15 minutes into a 30 minute call with the staff and another volunteer. The volunteer takes another call and then comes back and says she has to go be with a friend who is having a consultation at the hospital. And hangs up. Same volunteer who checked her facebook a few times during the training we went to. I'm so embarrassed right now. I know she's a volunteer, but if she had other things to do today, she should have asked to reschedule the call.
