Ok so I JUST started charting this month. Im just a little curious. Is it normal for my temp. to be up and down like it has? im 'supposed' to be ovulating today. and no I am not using OPK's. any advice?

Yes your temp can jump around quite a bit.
Are you using the bump ticker to tell you when you are ovulating? That is most likely not accurate.

Oct 2011 - HSG/SHG if not natural BFP

1st U/S on 10/18 - saw gestational sac! 2nd u/s (10/25) saw a tiny fetus and saw the HB flickering away! 3rd U/S on 11/2 measuring 2 days ahead HB 138! 4th U/S 11/9 - Measured 8w1d - HB 178! released from RE 11/16 U/S - HB 180 everything On track!

The bump is basing it on what you said your cycle length is, and FF is just making a guess on the same thing. Until you chart for more cycles (hopefully you won't have to!) It is just a guess as well.
Personally I use the OPK's to help clue me in, if you look at my chart 2 cycle ago I had fertile CM from CD 14 until I finally O'd at CD 33.
Based on your signs (Cervical position, CM & O pain) I would agree you might O soon, but only the temps will tell. But don't base anything on the bump ticker!

Taking your temp an hour earlier explains the temp drop. Also, your body can gear up to O and just not do it. If you look at my chart, my CM and +OPKs indicate that I was going to O, but my temps don't indicate that I have O'd. I even had fierce O pains that I noted and still no O.
Patience is a virtue in the TTC game.
That would probably make it a little lower. My temps swing a lot when I take at different times. Pre-O dips happen, but they aren't that common for everyone.
