Stocking Stuffer Ideas for 1-2 yrs

Re: Stocking Stuffer Ideas for 1-2 yrs

  • There are lots of books and toys in the $1 section at Target I would use as stocking stuffers.
  • Loading the player...
  • Does he have a play kitchen? Because the food for a kitchen would fit great in a stocking.

My mom always stuffed the bottom with socks but you would need a LOT of infant socks to fill the bottom. But PJ's or an outfit would fit.

  • socks

    finger puppets

    mini books

    little people

the cool thing about 1-2 year olds is you can use their existing toys and theyll be just as excited. ;) unfortunately my 10 year old notices though :P?

  • J loves his little Tonka trucks:

We got them from Target.   Also the Little People mini sets are great.

  • Jenna's really digging 'stacking' stuff so I'll look for some stackable cups or something like that. Also, books, socks and maybe a new toothbrush. I know Dane's jealous already ;)
  • Ditto Sol, and also bath toys, socks, books, LP sets, fun sippy cup.

I was going to suggest the same trucks! Ryan recently re-discovered them and we're having a blast with them.   Last year he also got some water color paints (from the dollar store), a motorcycle, a candy cane, and some flash cards (to learn colors and shapes).
Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

  • L's getting a couple board books, some goldfish grahams, cars, socks, a new toothbrush, a small pack of crayons, and an apple in the toe.

    Lilypie Fourth Birthday tickers

    Lilypie First Birthday tickers
  • Both boys will be getting these scoot cars in their stocking as well as a DVD (every year they will each get a DVD in their stocking- it's one thing that I think will last the test of time). I ordered a Camelbak for Ty this year and will also add a couple trains in his stocking.

Otherwise, last year, Ty got board books, cars, trains, and a new sippy.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE this part of Christmas!! Shopping for the boys is so much fun. And so so so dangerous. The anticipation of their excitement and the looks on their faces is too much...

  • Ditto Target $1 bins, I grabbed 5 little wooden cars/planes for a buck each.  Also different textured balls, because that's his favorite thing right now.  Play doh (our first)
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • Ditto on the $1 spot at Target (also the section where they candy is and there are some toys there as well). I just picked up a bunch of books--Sesame Street foam ones and Disney board books. They also have metal and plastic Slinky's so I picked up 2 of those again (I got them last year and will give them again). Otherwise, we'll probably put in a new 'tool' for them in their stockings as well...and ditto on the DVD. Oh...and a new toothbrush or bath toy...

Stocking stuffers are my favorite part!! :)
