How long did your PP bleeding last?

Mine's still going strong and the girls will be 8 weeks Thursday.

If one of my friends complains again about their hideously long 2 weeks I think I'll punch them Stick out tongue

Seriously though, is there a point that it makes sense to call the Dr.?

I had to take extra iron during the pregnancy and haven't taken it post pardum (was told not to by the nurse) but I've been pretty tired lately (I know, I'm alone with twins all day, but still) I'm wondering if I should continue with the iron for the remainder of the bleeding..

    Mine lasted until right before my 6 weeks checkup. I would call the doctor and just let them know what is going on, even if they don't have you come in, at least you could get an answer about taking the iron.

    Mine lasted 5.5 weeks...and then stopped completely.

    I just got (what I think is) my first period today....the boys are 7 weeks and 2 days. 

     

    I think you should tell the Dr just in case

    Mine was stll light at my 6 weeks check-up I think it stopped at 7 or 8 weeks, it seemed never ending, but it did :)  As pp said just mention it to you Dr. :)

    With DS it stopped right before my 6w check.  This time I'm hoping it'll be a lot shorter, I know my OB flushes/suctions everything out really well during a c/s.  I would call your OB and just let them know that you're still bleeding.

    Mine lasted 10 weeks and then I got my Mirena IUD and my first period the week after.  It sucked.
