    That looks almost exactly like the shirt I am wearing right now, same color except mine is a vneck instead. I got it at Kohls, not sure if they come in 1X, mine is a Large.

    I have a Just My Size top from Walmart that has a band at the bottom and similar sleeves.  It is more of a boat neck though.
