Anyone else have lots of pressure?

Every since last week I have had lots of pressure in the lower middle of my stomach right above my pubic bone. I don't know if it's my uterus, my bladder, it's just crazy uncomfortable. I feel like I have this huge baby belly but I don't. I don't think it's constipation. Just lots of pressure all the time especially when I sit down. Anyone else experience this?
