To buy or not to buy

I really want some stockings from Pottery Barn. I have been eyeing them for a good 2 years and they are on sale with free personalization and shipping today. But I am still finding it difficult to pay $75 for stockings! I want to get 4 big ones (DH, Me, baby on the way, and future baby (dumb?)) and one little one for the dag now just in case they don't have them again next year or the year after that. Do I just suck it up and get them? It is a good deal since the personalization is usually $6/stocking.

    I probably wouldn't do it..but I think you should.  Add it to the Christmas budget.

    And either way, no. I'm cheap ass and I've seen pretty-enough stockings at walmart/michaels/whatever.

     

    Oh, OR wait till after Christmas and get them then, and maybe they'll be on super sale.

    I could never spend that, but maybe you do have the budget?  I would prefer to make such things anyway, and save the big bucks for things I can't make.  But seriously, if you've loved them this long, I would just go for it.

    I guess if you have the money, but I don't really like them.

    Would you not get the 4th embroidered? I feel like you can get really nice ones at Target and save a good amount that way. But that's just me.

    $75 for 5 of them plus tax. The big ones are $15/ea (normally $19) and the little one for the dog is $9.

    I'd say no, but I'm too cheap to spend $75 on stockings.

    I have the $5 furry red ones with a white cuff from Walmart.  They match my tree skirt.  Eventually I might upgrade, but I still wont spend $75 on stockings.

    Just for the record, Hobby Lobby has their Christmas stuff half-off right now, and they have tons of super cute stockings.

    I would not get one for future baby- what would you put on it? That one can wait. The others I would get after Christmas when they go on sale.
