Any Wizard of Oz fans around?

I was just looking for a Wicked video (For Good) but came across some pretty interesting documentary footage of WOO, narrated by Angela Lansbury.

Just a heads up, its pretty cool stuff! 

Did you know Billie Burke was 56 and Margaret Mitchell was 36 at time of filming? YOWZA BB looked great for her age. MM? Not so much, but a PERFECT wicked witch!

    my favorite movie EVER!!! 

    and i actually had that documentary on video when it came out. god i loved that. i used to watch WOZ like every day. i was so excited last weekend (or was it two ago) when it was on alllll weekend!

    That's my dad's favorite movie, lol!! DS and I happened to be home when it was on all weekend a couple weekends ago and we watched it together;) I'll have to look into that for him.

    It is my favorite movie for sure.  I love that it now airs in HD on channels so you can clearly see the bird in the back ground after they steal apples.  There was an urban legend that someone committed suicide in the back ground.

    but do you fans have your own ruby slipper replicas??? lol

    my friend John (who is a costumer) makes replicas, they are amazing!!

    My friend Dan makes the broomstick, too... even more amazing! I will find pictures!

    I may need some ruby slippers. Just sayin'. I wanted to wear ruby slippers under my wedding dress, but I couldn't find any. Crying
