Stopped BF but want to start again
Is this possible? I stopped two weeks ago and think I still have milk I have nursed her on and off. What do i need to do to get my milk back? I have heard taking reglan can help anyone hear of this?

I relactated. You need to get your baby on the breast as much as possible. Henry wouldn't take mine since I didn't really have any milk so I pumped every 3 hours around the clock.
I also took fenugreek and blessed thistle for a week.
