A boy issue

This might be TMI, but I'm curious to know if anyone elses LO does this.  When I change my LO's diaper, one of his balls goes up.  Its always the same one.  I asked DH if it was normal and he said he doesn't know cuz he can't see his own, and not to worry cuz men only really need one to make babies :/ not exactly the answer I was looking for....

    I think it is common for one to hang a little lower than the other
