Quick, sharp pains in weeks 11&12

I have my NT scan on Thursday but I've been getting so nervous because I've been getting these very quick, on and off pain very low in my belly. Just a sharp, quick pain. Doesn't feel like cramping. I guess they could just be gas pains but they've been happening pretty consistently, every day for the past week and a half. Anybody else experience this? I just wish my scan was right now so I could relax a little!

I have been having those alot today. They freak me out...but you describe them to a tee!

It's probably ligaments stretching. I've been getting them too, mostly when I sneeze, laugh really hard, or get up too quickly, etc. I told my doctor about them (I've had them since probably about week 7) and she said it was perfectly normal. My other PG friends have experienced the same thing... it usually continues throughout pregnancy, so just prepare yourself!

I've been having them, too. So far I'm just attributing it to all the growing, stretching & moving around that's going on down there. I'll probably bring it up at my appt this Friday.
