sore never felt so good

This is our 1st cycle (and I'm 32) so I'm trying not to get my hopes up - serious effort is going into patience.

BUT...

I have had sore BBs since Thursday night, esp the nipples (tmi? sry).

I don't usually have BB soreness with my period. (Maybe once a year - and it doesn't stick around more than 2 days).

And I've been drinking OJ like it's my lifeblood (and of course, I never drink OJ - just water).

I guess it's wait and see...

Thanks for letting me get this off my chest (pun intended).

    Your post title sounds really dirty...I was kind of disappointed.  :)

    Try not to get too wrapped up in symptoms, it'll make you crazy.  If you're really 8 days until testing (per your ticker), it's pretty early.

    One thing to take into consideration is phantom symptoms.  Your mind and body play all sorts of tricks on you, only to lead to let down.  Also, since you're TTC, you're likely more aware of your body.  You may have experienced these symptoms before and never noticed, simply because you weren't paying attention.  At any rate, here's to hoping there's something more behind the soreness. =)

    I guess it's just time to wait. If this cycle is a no-go I'm investing in an OPK for the next cycle.

    (and when my next post title sounds dirty I'll try better to deliver ...lol)Wink

    Yeah I just got AF On thanksgiving. Stopped BC on October 11th. I had some crazy ass symptoms totally thought I was PG.. and wasnt..

    You seem to be getting symptoms a little on the early side.  Do you know when you O'd? 

    Patience is a very hard thing!  Hopefully these are not phantom symptoms, but the real thing!

    I am so guilty of phantom symptoms.  I hope that your soreness turns into nine wonderful months!

    I went off bc in mid-october and right around cd 16 I got crazy crazy sore boobs - like I couldn't wear a shirt.  Symptoms went away around cd 20, though and not pregnant.  AF showed up on cd 29.  I think it was caused by a rise in progesterone after ovulation, but I wasn't temping then so who knows.

    I'm not sure when I O'ed since this is our first cycle. I'm guessing I O'ed somewhere from 11/16 through 11/22. (Big window). I haven't been on BC in 2 years. Today the BBs are still sore, and heavy and veiny (weird). But I'm not as tired. Time will tell. And it's so early that if I get a BFN we're using an OPK next month.
