I do. I mostly breastfeed at home, but since he is a slow gainer (he only gained 6 oz in 4 weeks, but grew 2 1/2 inches!)and I have a supply problem, we supplement formula bottles after he has nursed a long time and is still hungry or when we are out and about and I am unable to find a spot to nurse.
We usually just supplement 2 oz per the pedi and that gets him through. If we are out and I cannot feed, he gets somewhere around 4 oz. We started this at 4 weeks and I have not had any nipple confusion. He still prefers BF over FF. I also pump to keep up my supply. I hate to say this, but it has also saved my sanity a little, especially when I had a baby who wasnt getting enough and wanted to nurse all the time!
