  I take a "lactation support" supplement which has fenugreek, blessed thistle, and some other herbs like marshmallow root - I take it 3x per day.

  I take 2 capsules of fenugreek 3x/day and 2 capsules of blessed thistle 2x/day.  I also just started taking More Milk Plus - 1mg 4x/day.  FWIW, my LC said you can't "overdose" on herbs like fenugreek.
