How much green tea?

I am going to try the green tea this cycle to help with my CM.  How much should a drink? A cup a day? Two cups?

Luckily we have green tea at work and it is free, so I can drink as much as I need.

    Thank you for the reminder!  I am doing green tea this cycle as well.  I have no idea what the recommendation is, but I'm aiming for two cups.

    Also remember to not drink it too close (6 hrs?) to taking your PNV as it can interfere with the absorption of something in there.

    I hope someone has better info than I do!

    I don't know the amount - I also aim for 2 cups - but you should keep a distance of 4 hours to your PNV - I believe it inhibits the absorption of folic acid.

    I used Green Tea for the first time this cycle. I drank one cup from the start of AF to CD12. I hadn't O'd yet but forgot it at work over the holiday.

    I actually did notice a significant increase in EWCM

    EDIT - I drank it in mid afternoon and took my PNV as soon as I wake up. I also took a seperate Folic Acid before bed.
