  I don't know whether the pair I got DS were their Performance Fleece or just a regular fleece but they are pretty darn thick and I have let him go without a diaper cover with them.  I wouldn't do it though if I was going to put him in his carseat or anything other than running around the house.

  ditto, I let DS go coverless in anything fleece if we're at home, but not if we're out and about. I usually use pockets when we're out anyway.
