AW: House Update- Closing today!!

For those of you who have been keeping up, we are finally closing on our house today at 4:15 pm!!!  I feel like it's my wedding day- I'm so excited!! 

There are some pictures of the house in my blog and more to come as we start to move!!  Yay!!

Thanks to everyone for keeping your fingers crossed for us the past few weeks!

    Congrats!! Our house just closed on Thursday and we moved on the weekend!! It's definitely exciting for sure :) Enjoy...and good luck with the move!!!

    CONGRATS!! It's such a great feeling, isn't it?!  I just moved into my new house at the very end of August.

    Now get ready for all the work!

    Thanks!  So excited!  It's our first home together!  It has been a long process with a lot of ups and downs.  Just ready for it to be over and to start moving in to the home where we'll raise our family!

    Closing is so much fun!  We closed on our house in June and it was such a great feeling!

    Yay!!!  We closed on our 1st house in September - so I vividly remember how exciting it was - and we went through a short sale saga, so it was also such a relief!  Of course, we didn't move in for another month and we're still not living in the whole house (since it needs renovations and we don't have a lot of furniture), but it's still so great to come home every day!

    Hope you have your signing hand ready!!!!

    Congrats!!  I know short sales can be really tough!  We didn't go through that but we did have several issues with the seller and then once we came to an agreed price, the appraisal came in short due to a few recent sales.  We get the keys at signing!
