BF baby arching back

He is arching his back pretty bad today after feeding. He is also cranky today, but so far not spitting up too bad. Can BF babies have reflux? I asked the pedi but she kinda blew it off as normal. I know babies spit up, but I have a weird feeling that this is more

BF babies can definitely have reflux. Your pedi blew it off ? Maybe get a second opinion if if continues ?

If it's not something your baby usually does I would say it's probably gas rather than reflux. Try just holding your baby in your lap over your leg and patting their back. It should help, when Tommy's gassy it's like the only way to get him to sleep.
