we were right- we always talked about boy names and talked about it being a boy ...just had a feeling but it was a 50% chance...LOL kind of good odds..

At first I "thought" LO would be a girl just because DH and I always pictured a girl first and because we tried to "time" conception for a girl. But then by early 2nd tri, I had dreams that LO was a boy and I found myself referring to the baby as "him" without realizing it (even though we were still only discussing girl names). Turns out we're having a boy.
We thought boy for the 1st 20 weeks and even bought a boy bedding set (it was a really really good deal). Turns out we're having a girl (has been confirmed several times). It was tough because we actually had a short grieving period for the loss of our "boy"
I had a feeling it was a boy and I was right. My feeling was totally arbitrary though - we always "wanted" a girl (really we just wanted a baby!) and when we got pregnant at long last, I figured we couldn't also get so lucky as to have a girl. The thinking we were having a boy was more a way to prepare ourselves. Now, I can't imagine having a girl! Funny

Ha...I was SO wrong! I just knew I was having a girl. I was so surprised to find out we were having a boy! I was a deer in headlights when I saw that u/s. I've totally embraced having a boy. I'm so excited!
We wanted a boy. ?I even wore blue lingerie the week we were TTC so we would have a boy (not like that's a proven method... we just thought it was funny). ?When I got my BFP, we started calling it "him." ?It turns out, it's a boy. ?I wouldn't have been upset if he turned out to be a she. ??
Since day one I knew it was a girl. I've always wanted boys too but for some reason I just knew it was a girl. Our ultrasound said girl and I guess we will find out for sure soon. Hopefully it's a girl otherwise I am having a girly boy!
Everyone tried to tell me it was going to be a girl, and I just didn't think it was. I couldn't picture us with a baby girl. I was the only one who guessed boy, and I was right

I was soooo sure that i was having a boy. Turns out its a girl! I think, though, that a big part of me was saying that it was a boy because i secretly wanted a girl and didn't want to be depressed.
