What are you wearing? :)

This bloat is getting out of control.  I can still suck most of it in but when I'm relaxed I've got a nice little beer gut.  I'm petie (5'2" and about 125lbs- up about 3 lbs) so it's hard to hide my growing belly.

I'm wearing looser clothing but I feel like that makes me feel even more dumpy!  I'm thinking about just saying screw it and getting some mat shirts/jeans and rockin' my bloat bump.  LOL

What do you guys feel good in right now??

  • I'm wearing my regular dress pants today. They feel a bit snugger today than they have and I'm thinking this bloat is not going to go away any time soon. Still avoiding the bella band. May have to break down next week or so.

Sooo jealous! I think the first thing I will buy is maternity work pants. If I didn't have a be band, I'd be wearing sweat pants to work LOL

  • I've already busted out some of my old maternity pants just so I can be comfortable.  I can still fit in to some of my pants that were already loose, but the maternity pants are much more comfy.

You seem to have been pretty lucky to avoid the bloat!

  • This is how I feel. I think I am going to cave and get a bella band today because it give me cramps if I wear even my fat pants and button them.

At work I have to wear khaki's and a ugly work shirt and we are supposed to tuck it in but I am not going to be able to do that anymore because my work pants barely button.  I have just been wearing my jacket over it so that I don't have to tuck my shirt in.

  • If not in my pjs, I'm wearing my comfy maternity jeans and a sweatshirt!
  • I'm wearing maternity pants and have for a while, either that or regular pants with a bella band.  As you can see from my bio, I didn't bloat this bad last time, but I was in mat jeans by now...hey, they're comfy!

Yoga pants are my bff. I'm surviving at work by wearing mostly dresses. I'm definitely most comfortable at home in yoga pants and one of DH's big comfy tee's.

All of my dresses that are appropriate for work are summer dresses!  I currently have one black suit that I can tolerate at work.  Dresses would be great right now!

  • I had to buy a bella band last week since this bloat is just making it impossible to button my pants or/and zip up my skirt! lol. I am wearing the bella band with my skirt today and I absolutely love it!

Believe it or not, I have a tiny bump that is not bloat since before this pregnancy I was so slim that in the mornings, my stomach was completely flat, no bump whatsoever and now I have a permanent bump when I wake up after using the washroom and everything and it's impossible for me to suck it in so I know this one is baby, lol. But throughout the day, the bloat gets really bad so that's the main reason I need the bella band right now.

  • right now...my jeans are getting tight as I'm starting to show - so they aren't really an option right now.

At work, just my black dress pants are doing the job - today have on a tight fitting dark turquoise long sleeved boat neck shirt - and it's showing off the bump nicely! lol

I'm thinking of maternity wear shopping over Christmas at Kohl's and Steinmart

  • I'm almost the same as you, I'm 5'4" and 127 (I've gained 4 lbs since BFP). I wear maternity pants if I'm at work or out, but I wear my sweats with a drawstring when I'm at home. Also, I've started wearing bigger tshirts and I love all my babydoll tunics now!

  • I'm still wearing my regular pants and most of them still fit fine. A pair or two of my jeans are getting a little tight, so I will probably break out the beband here soon (i bought it a while ago in preperation). It has been a little more tough picking out shirts in the morning, since I usually wear really fitted clothes... but I'll make due for another month or so...

When I get home though...it's into sweatpants and a t-shirt/hoodie

Then I think you should do what I did and get a bella band and go for comfort! = )  There is no way I would have been able to keep coming to work wearing my current clothes if I didnt buy one so it definitaly did the trick = )

  • I have been trying to wear my old pants which still fit, but are extremely uncomfortable!! I have been trying to hold out till later to buy some new things but I am thinking I am going to search out some yoga pants and comfy shirts this weekend. The bloat has definately settled in Tongue Tied

  • the Be Band is amazing.  Not only does it help expand your pants but it helps with the muffin top that I seem to be getting when I actually get my pants buttoned.

  • Pull on pants from NY&C.  They are soooooooo comfortable.  They are on sale too.  GET THEM TODAY!

  • I'm only 8 weeks and my pants already HURT!  My DH laughs at me because I walk around the house with them unbuttoned.  I might break down and get a Bella Band tonight.
  • I am about the same height/weight you are. ?I finally broke down and ordered a pair of maternity jeans. ?Hopefully, I get them soon. ?I also have a pair of yoga pants I love!!! ?I also had some pants a couple sizes larger than my normal. ?These are getting me through right now. ?GL!

  • Leggings, tunics & dresses at work! I feel like all of my more loose fitting shirts are tanks or short sleeves, so I have been layering with sweaters or shawl/wraps too. I am not showing yet but I feel so "full" & bloated so I feel like I am!
