It wasn't too crazy here on black Friday but it might have been due to the rain. Sorry about your Steelers.
How was your T-day? Ours was busy as usual but good! I was so bummed my lemon filling wept and got all liquidy in my pies. I have to figure out what I did wrong.
Morning, Gym! Sorry about last night's game (well, I'm only so sorry since my team won!). DH didn't get home from the game until 1:30, and then I proceeded to stay up until 4:45 (!!!!) watching this TV show I got addicted to. Sigh... tired day for me.
We went to Walmart and stood in line for an hour for one video game
, and then did a quick run to Best Buy for another video game accessory, and that was the extent of our shopping. You?
That sucks! That's happened to me a couple of times. God bless AAA!!

No Black Friday shopping for me. Crowds give me panic attacks

I didn't go shopping of Friday but DH got up early to get some toys.....for himself. He came home with Rock Band 2, a new digital camera & a GPS unit.

I hear ya... If it got too crowded (which it did at one point), I just leave the store. Luckily it wasn't too insane. I'm still surprised I survived the Inauguration insanity with only one panic attack - it was mobbed!
I had a bloody mary at lunch... lol that helped a lot! I am so happy it wasn't bad. I would have completely freaked out if it was. We even went to Target and it wasn't too bad there either!
Yeah, I was bummed about the pie. Oh well. Can't win em all. It did taste good, it was just runny. Ew.

Good morning - I am still off today for Thanksgiving break.
Our Thanksgiving was great - everyone said the food was good, so I guess that's what matters!!!
Went black Friday shopping - got the things on my list, including an espresso machine for DH that was on sale at Kohl's. They only had 2 and I scored one of them - woot-woot. I also got my mom new dishes from JC Penney - I got them for $79 (plus there is a $20 mail-in rebate on top of that) and they were originally $200!!! I love getting a good deal.

Hi Gym! Good to see you. Glad your turkey was good. Ours was great, nice to only go to one family this year instead of all the running around. We went out to Kohl's on Black Friday but not really early, ike 10:00 and still had to wait in the checkout line for 40 minutes!
So looking forward to the Patriots' game tonight! We'll be heading out to the bar for the first half and enjoy some wings! I'm sure I'll have the same hangover tomorrow that you are suffering through today.

I'm not as bad as last week but still no where near 100%. The only thing that has helped is Mucinex, so maybe it will help me in the CM department as well.
