I LOVE my OB, I just hate her assistant

I am using the same OB I did with my DD and she is so wonderful.  She's patient and caring and takes time to explain EVERYTHING.  She's detailed and remembers everything about our family, and my last pg.  BUT I cannot not STAND her assistant.  I like her nurse but the tech that does most of the work is so.friggin.annoying.  She calls me "honey" and "sweet pea" and "sweetie" and corrects everything I say.  I swear it took all I had not to throat punch her during the pap.

    Say something. Be nice about it, but voice your opinion. Just say something to the effect of  "I would appreciate it if you keep the personal endearments to a minimum." If it were me, I would. Or if you're not comfortable saying it directly to the assistant, tell your OB.  I hate that too!
