you don't really need it. when i lost the weight finally my belly pretty much just looked like it did before with just a little bit of loose skin that a belly band will not help anyway!

I got mine at https://www.babooshbaby.com/. If you get it get it one size up. Mine didn't even fit me until a few weeks later (obviously it's supposed to be extra tight, but it wouldn't even close!). I think Target might also have them a little cheaper though!

although i didn't have a c-section i asked the mid-wife for one. i told her it felt too uncomfortable to be walking, so she gave me one. i'd definitely ask for one. now that my belly is back down but not like before, i use the colombian belts they sell. my mom bought it so don't know where exactly you can get one, but i've seen them sold at the kiosks in the malls. that's helped more than the belt from the hospital.
