Reintro/OBGYN recommendations around the Chaska area

Hi I am new to this board, and have been a constant lurker. I believe that I posted an intro. a while back, but if not my name is Erica. My DH and I were married this past September, and are enjoying our life as newlyweds.We are beginning our adventure of TTC, and I am in need of a new Dr. asap! I had a bad experience a few weeks ago at my yearly exam, and I feel it's time to find someone new. Are any of you located around Chaska that can recommend your OB/GYN? TIA

    Not sure where you had your bad experience, but I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm going to Western OB/GYN. I started seeing Dr. Freitas at the Waconia office, but she is also pregnant. So I switched to Dr. Weinrich who I see at either the Waconia or Chaska office, depending on both of our schedules. I've had a great experience with Western and have liked both of these doctors. Good Luck!

    I also go to Dr. Weinrich, have had 2 miscarriages and am now 39 weeks pregnant.  I love Dr. Weinrich, he is funny, been there for me/DH through our miscarriages and is a great guy.  I would definetly recommend him.

    I would also recommend Western Ob/gyn in Chaska/Waconia.  I saw the mid-wives and loved them!  I had a difficult delivery so Dr Weinrich was present as well and I would recommend him too.  Every one is so nice, informative (I never felt bad asking 1000 questions) and it was always really easy to get an appt.

    I also LOVE Western OB/GYN.  My dr is Dr Huldeen.  She's younger (mid-30s), super friendly, and knowledgeable. She has two kids of her own (youngest is 4-5 months old), so she's been there.  I felt like she did a great job of presenting me with my options, but not pushing me to do something I wasn't comfortable with.

    And Ridgeview did an awesome job with the delivery.  Brand new birth center opened in July 09!

    I also had Dr. Huldeen up until she had her baby two weeks before I had mine. Loved her. Dr. Norland performed my near emergency C. He was super knowledgeable and I felt in good hands with him.
