    Out of the options I like Cade the best. I don't think it sounds made up since it seems to be gaining in popularity (at least I have hear it as a suggestion) a lot lately.
    A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
    After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
    My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

    Sorry for lurking, but I thought I give my input. I graduated with not one, but actually 2 Cade(s). They both spelt it with a C and obviouly both boys. I like Cade or Kaden (not Kade, seems like the "girl" verison)

    To be honest, I don't really like either (sorry)...it sounds like a shortened version of Caden/Kayden (which I super dislike).

    Out of the two, I would go with Cade.

    I know two. One is 30 year old man  (Kayd), the other is 9 and is "Cade". I like the C better. No, it doesn't sound made up to me, but I like short, uncommon male names like Cade, Tate and Jace.

    My nephew's name is Cade. When he was born they named him Kade, signed the birth certificate and everything. When they were telling everyone his name all the nurses in the hospital and everyone we work with was saying "oh, with a C?" So many people said it that they had to amend the birth certificate because they figured he would have to spell his name for people anyway and at least people seemed to get it with a C.

    Oh, and at first I didn't like it (and it sounds similar to my name which I found odd for a boy name) but now I love it! It fits him perfectly.?

    I like Cade for a boy. Names beginning in K always look/seem feminine to me.

    ETA: As for made up, I don't think so. I like it. It reminds me of Cade's Cove in TN.

    One of my friends just named her baby Cade in May, so I think it's a perfectly fine name!!!!

    I think Cade works better for a boy.  Either way, people might think it is short for something (Cadance or Cayden).

    I went to school with a Cade.  For a boy, I like it best with the "C".
