The lactation consultant at the hospital gave me some samples, just wondering if it really makes a difference. I'm not having any supply issues, but I'm exclusively pumping and bottle feeding her my breast milk.

I drank it. It helped alot (for me) and didn't taste bad- I think I had three cups a day.

Please Lord, I love this baby already, we are ready when You are.
I tried it and it didn't work. Why are you only exclusively pumping?
She has (we have) had latching problems from the beginning, even when we tried nipple shields, so we've reached a happy medium of pumping and bottle feeding, which I am completely ok with. She still gets my milk without the frustration.

I had to choke it down. It was like drinking maple syrup... Gag! In my opinion oatmeal works better and tastes better too . Have you tried making the lactation cookies? They are really yummy!
Re: Any mom's use Mother's Milk tea?
Yep. If you like licorice it's supposedly good. If you don't--like me--it's liquid death.
Go for the lactation cookies first. They're yummy.
I tried the tea, the cookies, the herbal supplements... nothing worked for me.
That didn't stop me from making (and eating) about five batches of the cookies, though! So yummy.
