b/c it might be useful in trying to decipher my chart. Hoping it'll still be able to detect ovulation... Any thoughts? It's a pretty rocky chart this cycle...
I'm afraid I can't help with a chart decipher. I just wanted to say that I'm impressed that you exercised while sleep deprived with cramps. That's dedication!

I'm still using OPKs, no + yet. It's the one time of the month that I totally and completely give in to my POAS addiction. My guess is that I'll O tomorrow or Tuesday (it seems that when I don't spot as much before AF, I O a little later)...

Yeah, but, really- doesn't that day count for extra? I mean, in terms of effort that day had to have been worth like, 3 work outs, right?

I don't hate the gym, but I certainly don't love it. Gonna make us go tomorrow - I've been really bad about the whole losing weight thing. I sorta fell and messed up my ankle Friday night, and DH is worried that my weight is making it all worse. So, since my ankle is feeling better, I really want to give it my all.
