Question about m/s and prenatal vitamins

My prenatal vitamins make me really sick and i wondering am I losing the nutrients of the vitamins if i get sick and throw up after taking the vitamins?

    You can try taking them at night before bed.  Or you can do what I did and take two Flintstones gummies every day :)

    I take them at bedtime. When I was having m/s I sometimes skipped them since they made me throw up anyway.
