Pretty good thanks!! I ended up stuffing it with apples, bay leaves, cloves and some other spices. It came out really well.
We did have an issue with the oven where the temp was off by as much as 60 degrees at one point but I set a meat thermometer inside the oven and just watched it like a hawk.
It wasn't nearly as scary as I was anticipating and out of 6 adults there was only a leg left of a 9lb bird by the end of it
