When do you check "Drinking" on FF?

If you drank on Saturday night, would you go back and check it on Sat or check it on Sunday morning with Sunday's affected temp?

    I normally go back to the day that I was drinking and check it, then make a mental note to myself that if the temp on Sunday is out of whack, its from the night before. HTH

    It doesn't matter.  As long as you choose one way or the other and remain consistent.  This way you can always figure out which temp is the possible affected one.

    I would mark it on Sunday, since that is the temp that would be affected. But, really, it doesn't matter what you do, as long as you know what you're doing and are consistent with it. Smile
