Bump rewards card?

There's a great baby furniture store here in Colorado that we want to order a bunch of stuff from and they give a 10% discount on the first order (we'll order everything at once to take advantage of it!) but I need my Bump rewards card to get the discount. Has everyone gotten theirs? The lady who helped me at the store said she's heard from a bunch of women that they've had trouble getting theirs. Anyone who had trouble have any helpful hints to getting one?
