anyone on lovenox? need med advice

What can I take for diarrhea?  Pepto bismol says not to take if you're on anticoagulants.  My drs office is closed today as is my OB.  Just wondering if anyone has heard anything.

    I would try binding foods - aka high starch low fiber.

    If you need something more than that ask the pharmacist at the drug store - they should be able to recommend something that's safe with anticoagulants I would think.

    I agree.  Stick for now with BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast).

     Does Immodium interact with lovenox?  Call pharmacist.  I know Pepto generally isn't recommended during pregnancy anyway...
