Um, AWKWARD

Tonight was a big rival college football game. I went with my brother to watch the game at his friend's house. (technically his friend's FIL's house) My brother has been friends with this guy since high school so I kinda know him. His wife I never met, but she looks SO familiar. So we get there and its the most amazing house I have ever seen. I don't want to sound like a dork, so I text my brother "What does this guy do?!" he replies "He is a Doctor" So we go in, and the game is about to start, I almost spit out my Coke when in walks......... My RE!!!! His daughter looks familar because He has family pictures in his office.

That's right ladies. I drank Coke, ate M&M's and watched football on my RE's couch. (I probably paid for the dumb couch!). Plus I was rooting for the opposite team. Plus my team lost.

    OMG, that is totally awkward but I can't help but laugh.

    LOL!  That's good.  Did either of you say anything?  I suppose it would have been most appropriate for him to let you say something but I'm not sure if I'd have mentioned it @ a football party.

    I don't think he really noticed me me at first. DH was actually at the game so he wasn't there. My brother (who apparently is buddy/ buddy with the Dr) is like "Keith this is my sister, Christy" (Keith.... WTF he is Dr. B!!) And the doctor looks at me, and suddenly you could tell the light went on. But he just said "Hi Christy" I am sure I was red. There were only 6 of us there. I told my brother later and he suddenly remembered he was a fertility doctor. Its not like we were just at his house  he was watching the game with us. He did keep getting calls though. DH died laughing when I told him.
